Data Processors
We may use the services of various service providers and partners contracted to CyberCave (Data Processors) in order to process your data more effectively. When they no longer need your data to fulfil Services, they will dispose of the details in line with CyberCave’s procedures. CyberCave selects only suppliers that can provide technical, physical and organizational security that meet our requirements in terms of all the personal data they will process on CyberCave’s behalf. We will ensure that all security arrangements are outlined in the contract with the external processor.
Your account, retention and deletion of the personal data
We may provide you with tools and preference settings that allow you to access, correct, delete, withdraw and modify information associated with your personal data.
CyberCave will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to carry out the Services to you and will store the personal data for 5 years from the moment the account is terminated or not used. Then all your personal data collected through the platform will be deleted, as required by applicable law.
